Job Offer: Multi Property Manager M/F – UHNW Client

An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client with a prestigious property portfolio, including properties in France (Paris), as well as internationally (Switzerland, London, New York), is seeking a Multi Property Manager M/F. This position, based in Paris, is aimed at a luxury property management professional capable of managing and coordinating operations across multiple sites with a high level of excellence, discretion, and expertise in overseeing construction and major renovations.
Responsibilities:

Overall property management: Overseeing residential and commercial properties in Paris, as well as internationally (London, New York, Switzerland).

Maintenance and renovations control: Managing the day-to-day maintenance and supervising major renovations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are met in collaboration with premium service providers and contractors.

Project management for large-scale renovations: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing complex renovation projects, including budget management, timeline coordination, and communication with contractors, architects, and designers.

Team management: Supervising and coordinating house staff and other personnel dedicated to each residence.

Recruitment and training: Responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing house staff to maintain impeccable service standards aligned with the client’s luxury expectations.

Budget supervision: Managing the budget for each property, ensuring adherence to expense forecasts, and maintaining cost control. Additionally, overseeing the overall budget for the residences and renovations.

Client relations: Providing high-quality service and serving as the main point of contact for the UHNW client, their families, and guests, while respecting confidentiality and specific requirements.

Logistics and events: Organizing travel and private events across the different properties.

Legal and tax compliance: Ensuring adherence to local and international regulations and standards for each property, including those related to construction and renovations.
Desired Profile:

Solid experience in luxury property management, with a strong background in overseeing major renovations and construction projects, preferably in a UHNW and international environment.

Expertise in managing large-scale renovation projects, including budgeting, project management, and coordination with contractors and architects.

Strong skills in recruitment, team management, and training, particularly for domestic or service-oriented roles.

Excellent team management skills and experience in coordinating international projects.

Languages: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages (German, Italian, etc.) would be an asset.

Attention to detail and rigor: Ability to manage budgets and complex projects while maintaining high service standards and meeting deadlines.

Discretion and professionalism are essential for managing a private estate.

A degree in property management, construction management, wealth management, or a related field is an advantage.
Conditions:

Work Location: Paris, with regular travel to other cities where the properties are located (London, New York, Switzerland).

Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract (executive status) with flexible hours and international travel.

Compensation: €225,000 gross annually.
