A couple residing in a beautiful private property in Cannes is looking for a Private Chef (M/F) for a permanent full-time position.
The Private Chef will be responsible for designing varied menus and preparing high-quality French and international cuisine, tailored to the owners’ preferences. He/She will cook daily for the couple and occasionally for their guests during private gatherings or events.
The role also includes organizing and carrying out grocery shopping, managing food supplies and stock, strictly adhering to hygiene standards, as well as preparing meals for the household staff on site.
Main Responsibilities
Designing balanced, creative, and seasonal menus
Preparing French and international cuisine
Cooking daily meals for the owners and the staff
Handling daily grocery shopping and stock management
Ensuring impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
Strict compliance with HACCP standards
Occasionally cooking for guests during private receptions
Flexible working hours according to the owners’ needs
Profile Sought
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in high-end establishments
Excellent mastery of French culinary fundamentals and openness to international cuisine
Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and discretion
Autonomy, rigor, and ability to anticipate needs
Excellent interpersonal skills and polished presentation
Fluent English required
Valid driving license (Category B) required for shopping

Permanent contract – Full-time
Salary: €6,000 gross/month
